Booking Review: All bookings related to the FIFA World Cup are subject to a price review by McKinney VIP Transportation staff to ensure rates align with advertised prices at the time of inquiry. Any discrepancies will be adjusted and charged to the credit card on file accordingly.
Starting Prices and Dynamic Pricing: Advertised rates represent starting prices based on 100% vehicle availability. Rates are subject to dynamic adjustments as fleet availability diminishes, reflecting increased demand.
Payment Terms: When booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining 80% must be paid one week before the event. Cancellations made after the final payment will not be refunded. However, 80% of the total fee will be credited for future services with McKinney VIP Transportation. Customers paying with international credit cards will be charged immediately.
Credit Card Policy: A valid credit card is required for all bookings to cover incidental costs such as parking or unforeseen fees not included at the time of booking.
Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 7 days before the event will require full payment via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp. Loyal customers may be exempt from this requirement.
Convenience Fees: Parking passes must be provided by the customer. If McKinney VIP Transportation is required to secure parking passes, a $300 convenience fee will apply. A $200 convenience fee will also be charged for customer requests for beverages other than water in the vehicles. Any deep cleaning required will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
Additional Terms: All other terms and conditions McKinney VIP Transportation establishes remain valid and enforceable.
